Inspiration

I frequent a blog called Greek Tragedy (you can find it in my links) and it is a blog/diary for a writer that I really respect and appreciate. I enjoy the way that she uses words. The way that she is able to tweak and manipulate and put her words together in ways that not just tell you some story or point but also give you a feeling.

Feelings. Emotions. Ideas. Sensations.

The thing that propels and energizes artists like fuel. Being inspired and knowing that you have found that one elusive "thing" that you have been looking for is a feeling like no other. It's like finding out that there are no limits, no boundaries, no red tape or stop signs on your road. You just GO. Inspiration is hope without restrictions, a dream without an alarm wake up call. I love being around other creative people not just because I love to see what they can come up with or because they inspire ideas but just to grab that creative vibe off of them. The energy of creativity.
